Guilt and shame

Guilt and shame
My dear child,
There never was a "me" to suffer the pain of life
and all there has ever been is "I", the Source
from which the manifestation has emerged,
and it is "I" alone who has been functioning
through the billions of human beings.
Ramesh Balsekar in Confusion no more.

Shame and guilt originate from the same belief: I did something wrong. Or, to rephrase it: I shouldn’t have done that.

Ask yourself: “With the knowledge I had at that time, with the state of consciousness I had at that time, with my past, with my pain, did I do the best I could at that time?”

And when you walk with this question
And meet the forest and the trees
Stand still and look
Let the answer surface
And let the trees tell you
What you knew already
And then you wonder
About your own wisdom
Infinite
Wise
Pure
Whole …

Wisdom

Wisdom

Ignorance and knowledge are opposites.
If you  had all the knowledge in the world, would you be happy?
Would you know then what is the purpose of life?
Would you know yourself?

Wisdom transcends ignorance and knowledge.
Wisdom and joy of life are one and the same.
Wisdom lets you realize that the purpose of life is life.
Wisdom whispers to you that you are wisdom …

Ego or no-ego

Ego or no-ego

With the help of ego we can see a me and a you and we can differentiate between “me” and “you”. How wonderful. Now I can see the world.

When you have the desire to “let go” of the ego, to “kill” the ego or whatever words you use to get rid of the ego, did you ever ask yourself: “Who created ego with what purpose and who wants to get rid of ego?”

When it is time, for Grace or God or the Evolutionary Impuls or whatever name you give that primal energy, then it can happen that your ego totally accepts that everything and everyone is always what it is and that everyone does what he does.

And what will that give you? Just peace of mind. That’s all. That peace of mind will make you feel comfortable with yourself and everyone else.

What a wonderful world. What a wonderful manifestation. What a wonderful you and me …

Mirror

Mirror

The world in all its splendor
With all amazing sounds

The creatures in all their life forms
And all their weardest shapes

The nature with its colours
Beyond what you can think of

Are just the miror image
Of all you have created

Are just the mirror image
Of all that lies in you

Are just the mirror image
Of who you really are …

Tears

Tears

Away now are the tears
that lived inside my heart
The wind took all the stories
And sometimes comes a little breeze
And brings them back again

The deep unmovability
In wich I live and am
Let waves wave up above
And deep still silence be

This deep and silent water
is what I am made of
It is the same still water
as tear and wave and wave and tear …

Awake

Awake

Till now you are still sleeping
In deep and cherished dark
Unconscious of the outside
That is the same as in

Then breeze will softly rustle
And words will tender touch
The lighter, softer places
In all the harsh dense shells

And when in that dark darkness
The light becomes a star
That shines so bright and dazzling
As raging blazing fire

Then Consciousness will kiss
what lies and waits within
And Consciousness awakes
and holds herself and laughs …

Forgive

Forgive

If you forgive someone, who forgives who?
If you forgive someone for something, what do you forgive the otherone for?

What is forgiving?
And when you forgive someone, what happens precisely?

If you believe that the other could have done differently than he did,
could have been different than he was,
could have known better than he knew,
could have been more conscious than he was,
then you believe that you know, beyond any doubt, that the other in those circumstances, in that moment,
could and should have done differently and could and should have been different than he was.

If you realize that the other did the best he could,
was who he was,
knew what he knew,
was as conscious as he could be,
then you know, deep in you, that the other did precisely what he could do at that moment in those circumstances.

If you realize that for yourself, you don’t have to forgive.

Then compassion comes on her soft feet, enters your heart and love flows unconditionally …
