When you feel bound
Realize that bondage
is only the veiling
of the Freedom
that you are
When you feel closed
Realize that closure
is only the veiling
of the Openness
that you are
When you feel alone
Realize that aloneness
is only the veiling
of the Oneness
that you are
When you feel fear
Realize that fear
is only the veiling
of the Love
that you are …
I would like to take shelter in you
without movement

Touching emotion touches
and melts the last remains
of floes of ice and flakes of snow
Fluidity of warmth

When courage comes
and you will come to Me
I strip you naked
and leave you with no-thing
I clothe you now
with silence, wisdom, truth
with beauty and compassion
Reality then knocks
softly upon your door
and with the shining key
you found inside your heart
the broken door slides open
to leave you now with All …
There comes a time
when outer teachers are no more needed.
Your inner teacher takes over
And there is a sweet ongoing mantra or satsang or prayer taking over.
And sometimes there can be a desire to meet with an outer teacher again.
You go and you find that you yourself were the teacher all allong.
This theacher unfolds more and more in the stillness of your heart.
Once you get familiar with its song,
you recognize it everywhere;
even in the midst of the deepest depression.
It sings and never stops.
You are the song, the singer and the singing…
To teach
is to include one thing
and to exclude another thing
To unteach
is to include everything
and to exclude no-thing
Unteaching
strips you naked
to the core of your being
and leaves you with nothing
and leaves you with everything …
Curiosity is
to ask yourself
in all openess and honesty:
“Is that so?”
and then wait
for the answer
that unfolds
from the stillness
of your heart …
